Mr. Schoenstein brings an extensive background in the commercial mortgage securities industry spanning 17 years. Mike has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the various requirements and parties involved with CMBS mortgages. He has worked for major firms such as Wachovia Securities, L.J. Melody & Company, and GE Capital. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Mr. Rodriguez is a principal of Waterstone Capital Advisors, with a primary role managing the defeasance securities process. Mr. Rodriguez brings a broad background over 18 years of financial markets experience. George has extensive experience in the areas of securities processing for both equity and fixed income trading. He has worked for major securities firms such as Solomon Brothers, Wachovia Securities, and Accenture where he provided technical consulting expertise to top global clients. He holds an MIS degree from Bernard Baruch College in NYC.

Mr. Church is a principal of Waterstone Capital Advisors, with a primary role managing Waterstone's successor borrower program. Mr. Church brings an extensive background in the commercial mortgage securities industry spanning 30 years. John has a highly successful track record managing and growing CMBS loan servicing organizations with large firms such as Wachovia Securities, GE Capital, and Citigroup. He holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and a Masters degree from Webster University.
